Complications: Missing left fallopian tube due to ectopic pregnancy. Timeline drastically reduced due to serous cystadenoma with borderline malignancy found during laparoscopy.

August 11, 2015 – Gynecological oncology appointment. Okay to continue fertility treatment with CT scan and CA125 bloodwork every 6 months. Once done family building complete radical hysterectomy planned.
July 16, 2015 – Post-op follow up, diagnosed with serous cystadenoma with borderline malignancy. Referred to gynecological oncology.
June 18, 2015 – Laparoscopy for endometriosis excision at the Cleveland Clinic with Dr. Falcone. No endometriosis found.
February 2015 – Consult with Dr. Falcone at CCF about endometriosis and possible excision.

August 20, 2014 – HSG and saline sonogram (CD9).
April 5, 2014 – Received orders for blood work, genetic screening, SHG, and repeat HSG. Paperwork officially marked as diagnosis tubal disease.
March 25th 2014 – Phone consult with CNY Fertility in Syracuse, NY for IVF.
February 2014 – 5mg Letrozole CD3-7, follicle scan revealed cyst on left ovary and 18mm follicle on the right. Trigger 2/20/14, IUI 2/22/14. BFN
January 2014 – 100mg Clomid 5-9, all follicles on left side, lining very thin.
December 2013 – 50mg Clomid 5-9, all follicles on left side.
November 2013 – Switch RE’s again. 50mg Clomid 5-9, all follicles on left side.
August 2013 – Switch RE’s. Proper diagnosis: Unexplained Infertility. Prescribed 50mg clomid and told 4 IUI’s then IVF discussion. Respond very well to 50mg Clomid with 5 total follies. Dominant follie and 1 extra on my good right side. Miss August ovulation after no positive OPK. Results in BFN.
July 2013 – Monitored with timed intercourse.
June 2013 – Repeat HSG after first period following pregnancy. Right tube is clear. Monitored with timed intercourse.
May 16 2013 – Endometrial Biopsy. No sign of pregnancy in the endometrium. Beta 365. Proceed immediately to OB. Decide to do surgery. D&C performed. Laparoscopic surgery ends with cyst being excised from right ovary and the ovary being saved, left fallopian tube is positive for a pregnancy and removed due to endometriosis damage. Left side of body shows extensive endometriosis scarring. Right side is healthy. Currently no active endo in my abdominal cavity.
May 15 2013 – Another follow-up beta. Beta 324. Almost certain to be ectopic. Call OB to make surgical consult appointment for possible ectopic and cyst removal.
May 13 2013 – Follow up scan and beta. Beta 309. Cyst is growing in size. Discussion of possible ectopic starts. Bleeding starts. Still think miscarriage.
May 10 2013 – Severe abdominal pain so go to ER. ER beta was only 237. Miscarriage imminent.
May 10 2013 – Beta not rising properly. Beta 320
May 6 2013 – Follow up from February appointment. Vaginal ultrasound reveals large cyst on my right ovary. Given BCP to start at beginning of period. Beta drawn due to complaint of dark brown spotting. Same day results show first ever BFP, beta 223.
February 2013 – HSG. Tubes are clear. Told to come back-end of April to get medication out of system (Chantix + Wellbutrin).
January 2013 – Finally go in and see RE for consultation. Bloodwork taken. HSG scheduled. Told to quit smoking and get BP under control. Definitely not PCOS. Bloodwork shows Vitamin D deficiency, calcium deficiency, elevated testosterone, and DHEA deficiency. Also strep B positive.
December 2012 – GP tells me to get teeth fixed before TTC. Get denture. Find out BP is high. Start taking BP medication. GP thinks PCOS, despite regular periods.
2012 – Get health insurance. Know I should see RE. Be terrified of finding out what could actually be wrong so put off making appointment.
2011 – Start to be concerned that nothing has ever happened. No health insurance though so nothing I can do.
2008-2011 – Meet husband. NTNP from the day we meet.
